Today's BioReset check-in
Your secure daily form is being selected from your verified programme tier.
Biomarkers, Ultrasound, CAC / CCTA diagnostic data received and synchronized with risk engines.
Complete the tests below, then submit your results and reports using the secure form on this page.
Fast for 11–12 hours
Water only during the fasting period.
Before the test
No coffee, tea, or exercise.
Post-prandial glucose
Test exactly 2 hours after the first bite.
Compulsory
Strongly Recommended
Optional
These are optional, but omitting relevant tests may leave useful clinical risk information unmeasured.
Imaging
✓ USG Abdomen (Fatty Liver)
✓ Coronary Calcium Score (CT)
Coronary imaging is especially worth discussing when excess weight, diabetes, symptoms, smoking history, strong lipid abnormalities, inflammation, or family history increase risk. The appropriate test—CAC, CCTA, or neither—depends on the complete clinical picture.

Part 1 · Understand
Your Metabolic Fingerprint and Whole-Person Risk Profile, explained clearly.
Part 2 · Act
Your FAST protocol: fasting, activity, sleep, protein and carbohydrate targets.
Part 3 · Track
How to log consistently, read your progress and use regular check-ins.
Part 1 · Understand
First see the laboratory signals in detail, then see how they shape your wider health profile.
Four laboratory domains, compared with the BioReset cohort
Your laboratory pattern is being interpreted.
Insulin resistance
How efficiently insulin controls fuel and glucose.
Glycaemic control
Whether longer-term blood sugar remains well controlled.
Atherogenic risk
The lipid pattern associated with artery plaque formation.
Inflammatory & vascular stress
Signals of inflammation and vascular strain.
Metabolic health, disease burden, lifestyle and adherence (0–100%)
Your Metabolic Fingerprint forms the Metabolic Health Risk arm; the other arms show the wider context in which it operates.
Your baseline pattern
Your KYC risk profile is being interpreted.
The broadest axis identifies your strongest current pressure point.
Think of this radar as a metabolic silhouette: a wider shape means more baseline pressure. Progress means drawing the current line inward toward your green target—not chasing perfection overnight.
Your results, explained clearly
We know laboratory patterns and risk profiles can feel overwhelming. A short guided explanation with Dr. Sengupta's digital avatar will walk through what the two radars mean and what to focus on next.
Part 2 · Act & Track
The pulse shows your trajectory over time; the radar shows which daily habits are shaping it.
Daily total adherence score (0–100)
Like a metabolic ECG, this line makes the rhythm of your daily execution visible. Normal variation is expected; the direction and consistency matter most.

Amber points mark 7-day checkpoints. Aim for a repeatable pattern—not a perfect score every day.
FAST Dynamic Contour Engine (0–20 Scale)

Checking statusThe leaderboard uses only your chosen alias, logging consistency and total adherence score. Your name, email, laboratory values and clinical-risk profile are never displayed.
Join using a pseudonym and withdraw whenever you wish. Rankings update from adherence activity only and are intended for encouragement—not competition at the expense of health.
Use 3–20 letters, numbers, hyphens or underscores. Examples: Maverick21, SolarPulse, EtherRunner.
Active pseudonym
Your leaderboard position is recalculated from weekly logging consistency and average total adherence.
Your alias and scores are no longer displayed. You may provide fresh consent and rejoin at any time.
Your control
You remain in control of leaderboard participation at every stage.

Dominant activity / 20
How the score works: the strongest qualifying activity for each day is scored continuously from 0–20 by duration, reaching 20 at 60 minutes. Run is prioritised over gym, then walk, when scores are tied. Activities under 10 minutes are displayed but do not alter the radar.
Privacy: BioReset imports only the activity details required for your progress view. Strava is preferred for the Activity axis; your manual entry is used when no qualifying Strava activity is available. Disconnecting stops future syncs and leaves manual logs unchanged.
